In-order to seek Asylum there are basic 2 requirements every applicant suppose to fulfill 

• First is Applicant must establish that they fear persecution from the government in their home country.
• Second, applicants must prove that they would be persecuted on account of at least one of five protected grounds: race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or particular social group.

Visa Ineligibilities or black-list is a method in which US Consulate ban certain passport holders from traveling or attempting to obtain a legal entry in the US.
